Our carefully designed day program, the largest adult day care program in New Orleans, is overseen by our administrative team, nurses, social workers, and program aides. We strive to provide programming that promotes independence and dignity and reduces isolation.
Chantè Jones, RN, BSN, MHA, Director of Health Services
Chantè leads the Adult Day Care team. Jones’ healthcare experience spans from clinical nursing to healthcare administration. She specialized in the areas of cardiology and emergency medicine. She has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Xavier University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southeastern Louisiana and a Master of Health Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport.
Prior to joining the Adult Day Program, she served as Manager of Health Services for both Adult Day Care and the Early Learning Service programs. Jones is eager to combine her passion for health with her love for community to enrich the lives of participants in our program.
Certifications Include: Certified First Aid and CPR Instructor
